+++ Zusammenfassung: Was ist der Förderausschuss+++
Liebe Plenumsmitglieder, alt wie neu
ich bin Jonas aus dem Förderausschuss. Ich möchte euch hiermit den selbigen vorstellen, da wir mit der neuen Periode des Plenums auch einen neuen Förderausschuss brauchen.
Was tut der Förderausschuss?
Der Förderausschuss ist eine Ausschuss gemäß Grundordnung [0] §24 und §24a ein Ausschuss des StuRas. Der Förderausschuss hat die Aufgabe über Finanzanträge [1] und Anträge auf Anerkennung von Hochschulgruppe [2] zu beschließen. Dabei gibt es die Finanzordnung [3], die Förderrichtlinie [4] und die Richtlinie zur Anerkennung von Hochschulgruppen [5] zu beachten.
Wie wird man Teil des Förderausschuss?
Du stellst dich zur Wahl. Dafür musst du Teil des Plenums sein. Zumindest auf der Sitzung, wo du vorhast dich wählen zu lassen. Wenn du Mitglied bist, kannst du dem Sitzungsvorstand [6] einfach deine Bewerbung senden, wo du kurz schreibst wer du bist und warum du in den Förderausschuss willst. Dann solltest du auf der nächsten Sitzung anwesend sein, damit das Plenum dir Fragen stellen kann und dich näher kennenlernen können.
Wieviel Arbeitsaufwand ist das den?
Der Förderausschuss trifft sich aller 2 Wochen immer wenn kein Plenum ist. Im Durchschnitt gehen die Sitzung eine 1/2 Stunde. Wenn mal etwas mehr ansteht kann es mal eine Stunde dauern. Wenn die Anerkennungen im März für die nächste Bewilligungsperiode der Hochschulgruppen anstehen, werden mehrere Sondersitzungen nötig sein, um über die mehr als 100 HSG zu entscheiden.

Dear plenary members, old and new
I am Jonas from the Funding Committee. I would like to introduce you to the same, because with the new period of the plenum we also need a new promotion committee.
What does the Funding Committee do?
The funding committee is a committee of the StuRa according to the constitution [0] §24 and §24a. The funding committee has the task to decide about financial applications [1] and applications for recognition of university group [2]. The financial regulations [3], the funding guidelines [4] and the guidelines for the recognition of university groups [5] must be observed.
How do you become part of the funding committee?
You stand for election. For that you have to be part of the plenum. At least at the meeting where you plan to be elected. If you are a member, you can simply send the session chair [6] your application, where you briefly write who you are and why you want to be on the advancement committee. Then you should be present at the next meeting so that the plenary can ask you questions and get to know you better.
How much work does it take?
The support committee meets every 2 weeks whenever there is no plenum. On average, the meeting lasts 1/2 hour. If there is something more to do, it can take an hour. When the recognitions are due in March for the next grant period for the university groups, several special meetings will be necessary to decide on the more than 100 HSG.
