Dear all,
We would like to invite you to our annual
13th Student Symposium on Molecular Medicine
taking place at Ulm University from 13.-15.05.22.
This year’s topic is “Out of my mind! Molecular Psychology and Psychiatry”. During the event, you will get the chance to listen to various scientists who are going to present their current research in tandem talks. Please find confirmed speakers and the program here! Besides, you will also have plenty of opportunities to engage with the speakers in conversations.
Workshops
On Friday (13.05.22) afternoon, the Symposium will start with different workshops hosted by different institutes. Unfortunately, not everybody will have the opportunity to participate. The registration for the workshops will open on our website on 01.05.22, first come first serve. A detailed list of workshops with the individual contents will be published on our website in the next few weeks.
Poster Session
If you like to, you can also present a poster on your own research (e.g. your bachelor thesis) during the symposium. If you would like to present a poster, please specify this during the online registration.
As usual, there will be great prizes to win.
Of course refreshments and lunch will be provided by us, as well as coffee and a selection of our legendary homemade cakes (everything free of charge).
Accommodation
We are also very happy to announce that we can provide accommodation for around 40 people free of charge. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, you can indicate this directly during the registration process on our website.
BUFATA (Bundesfachschaftentagung)
The BUFATA will take place on Sunday noon. Old and new faces are welcome to join this meeting.
Get together
On Friday there will be a pub crawl to get to know all participating students. If you want to join just tick the box during your registration. On top of that there will be a party on Saturday evening held at the Donau Turm. Please note that these two offers can only be realized if the pandemic situation allows it at the time!
